LYNDA ELLENSHAW THOMPSON is president of Ellenshaw.com. She and her brother, Harrison Ellenshaw, take great pride in carrying on, through this website, the artistic tradition of their father, Peter Ellenshaw.

After graduating from the University of California at Irvine as an English major, she began a professional career in motion pictures first working on The Walt Disney Studios groundbreaking film, Tron. But Lynda's legacy with Disney actually began much earlier. She remembers as a toddler when Walt Disney and his wife Lillian would visit the Ellenshaw home in Encino, California and he would take time to play with Lynda and ask her about her childhood interests and dreams.

So it is only fitting that she has become one of the top visual effects producers in the industry, having worked with virtually every major studio in Hollywood. Her credits include Ghostbusters, 2010, Poltergeist 2, Big Trouble in Little China, Dick Tracy, Dave, James and the Giant Peach, Beethoven's 2nd, The Pelican Brief, Flubber, 102 Dalmatians, Haunted Mansion, Snow White and The Huntsman.
